Home accessories and objects are sent via registered Australia Post.
Postage prices are calculated at the time of checkout.

We do not offer returns on vintage furniture or custom orders (special orders or personalised pieces).
New home accessories and objects may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase or delivery.
Items must be in the same condition in which you receive it, unused and undamaged and accompanied by any original packaging.

When returning your items, please ensure they are securely packaged as Juliet’s Balcony does not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
